Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Suresh (born 17 October 1992) is an Indian actress who appears predominantly in Tamil and Telugu films in addition to some Malayalam films. She was awarded the National Film Award in Best Actress category for her work in the film as actress Savitri. Also, she has received three SIIMA Awards as well as an Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar's parents are filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar & actress Menaka G. Suresh. Her professional career started in the early 2000s as a child actor. Her return to film after completing her studies in the field of fashion. She played the role of lead actress in Geethaanjali an Malayalam film. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy made her debut on Tamil projects in the year 2015, and began accepting projects out of Malayalam. In 2015, she released A. A. Vijay's romantic comedies Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu opposite each other. But, both films were not a success in the cinemas. The busy schedule she had throughout the year led her choose to stay out of movies that she was making, such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye as well as Deekay's Kavalai Vendam in order to accommodate bigger projects. She consequently made two films in collaboration with Sivakarthikeyan in quick succession, Rajini Murugan and Remo and also played the main character on Prabhu Solomon's Thodari and Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to be Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. The movie's release was postponed in 2015 and now is expected to occur after September in 2020. It'll have a different title Janakitho Nauu.
